Freedom Performance is looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to practice differently.
We’re a cash-pay Physical Therapy and Performance facility in Prescott, Arizona, built around one simple idea: people deserve more than rushed appointments, insurance limitations, and temporary fixes.
Our model gives clinicians the time and freedom to actually treat the person in front of them. We combine physical therapy, strength and conditioning, performance training, and long-term wellness to help our clients not only get out of pain—but get back to doing what they love and performing at a higher level.

We are 100% cash-pay, which means our treatment decisions are based on what is best for the client—not what an insurance company will reimburse.
Our clinicians have the ability to spend meaningful time with clients, think critically, treat the entire person, and progress people beyond traditional rehabilitation.
We don't believe physical therapy should end simply because someone is "pain-free." Our goal is to bridge the gap between rehab, fitness, and performance so our clients can become stronger, more resilient, and more confident than they were before their injury.
You'll work in an environment where physical therapists, coaches, athletes, and clients are all under one roof.
We're looking for a PT who is:
Passionate about helping people move, feel, and perform better
Comfortable working with active adults, athletes, and orthopedic populations
Interested in strength and conditioning and performance-based rehabilitation
Confident building relationships and communicating with clients
Motivated to continue learning and developing as a clinician
Comfortable thinking beyond traditional physical therapy protocols
Team-oriented, dependable, and willing to contribute to the culture of the facility
Excited about working in a growing practice where great ideas are encouraged
Our Environment:
Freedom Performance isn't a traditional outpatient clinic.
Our facility brings together Physical Therapy + Performance Training in an environment designed for movement.
You'll have the opportunity to work with everyone from everyday adults who simply want to move without pain to competitive athletes looking to return to sport and improve performance.
We believe great clinicians should have the freedom to use their knowledge, creativity, and clinical reasoning—not simply follow a productivity formula.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Current Arizona Physical Therapy license or eligibility for Arizona licensure
Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in exercise, strength and conditioning, and performance-based rehabilitation
New graduates and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply. The right person and fit matter just as much to us as years of experience.
