Dr. Brady Mengarelli, a native of Prescott, Arizona, developed a profound passion for sports during his youth. He excelled in both football & baseball throughout his tenure at Prescott High School. This success propelled him to pursue football at South Dakota State University as a running back. He contributed significantly to his team's performance while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.

During this time, Dr. Mengarelli realized his dream of becoming a Physical Therapist and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy program at NAU. His experience as a D1 collegiate athlete imparts a unique perspective, enabling him to provide highly effective treatments & assistance to high level athletes, while also tending to the needs of any youth or adult seeking relief from pain and striving to elevate their life. His ambition lies in offering his clients the opportunities he never had growing up & filling the need that still exsists in the Tri-City area.

Currently residing in Prescott with his wife Kelly, Dr. Mengarelli cherishes moments spent exploring the diverse landscapes of Arizona & quality time with his wife & newborn daughter.


Mike Rodgers

SPECIALTY: Endurance Training, Recovery Training, & Self Defense

Michael Rodgers is from New York and has lived all over the US (NY, GA, AZ). Michael was a 3-time All-Star Letter athlete in high school in Cross Country and Track & Field. At Arizona State, he competed in multiple 5k, 10k, and eventually at 1/2 marathon. Michael spent 20 years in law enforcement and built up his training certifications. Michael has also trained clients for the last 20 years through personal training, small groups, yoga, and martial arts.

Michael believes strongly in a three-pronged approach to exercise: exercise, proper nutrition, and recovery while focusing on body mechanics, and adaptability of exercises. Michael has his Master Personal Trainer certification focusing on nutrition, endurance, and strength training with additional training in plyometrics and core engagement. Michael expanded his training and became a Master certified yoga instructor, completing 500 hours in training requirements.

Beyond the gym you can find Michael Mountain biking, running, hiking, and photographing landscapes. Michael's motivation, energy, and enthusiasm foster a fun, high energy environment that keep you coming back.

With this certification, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients, ensuring they receive top-notch guidance tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Currently, Woody is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Aeronautical Science at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. Emma, is from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and developed a passion for athletics early on, excelling in basketball and track during her high school years. She notably won a state championship in the 400m, setting a state record in the process, and was a versatile basketball player, adept as both a guard and small forward.

Currently enrolled at Grand Canyon University, Emma is pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Pre-Physical Therapy. She continues to embrace her love for sports by participating in both 3x3 and 5x5 intramural basketball at GCU. Emma’s career goals are ambitious; she plans to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, specializing in sports performance or pelvic health to support women pre and post-partum. She is committed to preventative education and holistic approaches to health, driven by her faith and belief in the transformative power of holistic medicine.

As the youngest of seven siblings, Emma values family deeply, cherishing her time with her nine nieces and nephews. In her leisure, she enjoys working out, traveling, indulging in good food, playing basketball, and spending quality time with friends.

Meet Rieley Petkovich, our dedicated Trainer Intern, currently enhancing her education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ. Rieley brings a strong set of skills to our team, including a deep care for people, efficient time management, and proficiency in coaching others.

She is well-equipped to handle physically demanding tasks, experienced in conflict resolution, and has a solid business background. Rieley’s prior experiences honed her ability to manage various responsibilities including a high level of customer service and effectively addressing unique challenges within any enviroment.

Her athletic prowess is highlighted by scholarships received at both the University of Oregon and Embry-Riddle, reflecting her dedication and team spirit. Rieley's diverse skills and educational pursuits make her a dynamic addition to our training team.

Retired MLB Pitcher
SPECIALTY: Personal Baseball Training

Tyler Green, a retired professional baseball player, had a notable career marked by memorable achievements and personal challenges. After a successful stint in the minor leagues, he earned his opportunity to showcase his talents in the major leagues as a member of the 1993 National League Champion Philadelphia Phillies.

His most remarkable season came in 1995, where he emerged as a strong contender for Rookie of the Year alongside Hideo Nomo. During this season, Coach Tyler showcased his exceptional skills on the mound, including back-to-back complete-game shutouts against the Dodgers and a victory against the Atlanta Braves. His outstanding performance earned him an invitation to represent the Phillies and the National League in the All-Star Game.

Coach Tyler also faced significant challenges in his career due to multiple shoulder and elbow surgeries. These setbacks tested his resilience and determination.

As a result, he is deeply committed and passionate about imparting his knowledge to young athletes, particularly in teaching them the proper techniques for throwing and caring for their shoulders.

With his extensive understanding of proper technique and a focus on injury prevention, Coach Tyler can guide athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to those seeking to elevate their game.

Kali Pugh

Head Softball Coach | Yavapai College
SPECIALTY: Personal Softball Training

Kali Pugh boasts an illustrious softball career, beginning as a standout athlete at Rancho Buena Vista High School and continuing through college and coaching. After earning four varsity letters and 2013 Female Athlete of the Year honors in high school, Pugh excelled at Palomar College. There, she claimed two First-Team NFCA All-American titles, two California All-State selections, and consecutive Conference Player of the Year awards in 2014 and 2015. Her sophomore year was marked by a CCCAA Championship and a .517 batting average with 15 homers and 65 RBIs, contributing to a stellar 41-4-1 season record.

Pugh continued her dominance at Oklahoma City University, where she helped secure back-to-back NAIA National Championships in 2016 and 2017. Her collegiate performance included two-time First-Team All-American honors, 2017 NAIA National Player of the Year, and impressive stats like a .462 average, 114 hits, and 23 home runs in her senior year.

Transitioning to coaching, Pugh served as an assistant coach at Palomar College from 2017-2022, working alongside notable figures such as Mark Eldridge and Lacey Craft. Her profound impact on the field is matched by her academic achievements, holding a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma City University and a master's degree from Azusa Pacific University.

Coach Kali is currently the Head Softball coach for Yavapai College right here in Prescott! She is excited to work with the next generation of softball players and to pour into any current college players looking to refine their skills.

Meet Coach Cole Altherr, a recent Embry Riddle Aeronautical University graduate and skilled pilot applying to join the Marines. During his baseball career, Cole set records at Embry-Riddle with the lowest single-season ERA of 1.89 and the highest number of strikeouts in a season at 106, boasting a career ERA of 3.75 and 190 strikeouts.

Previously, he played as a shortstop and pitcher at Angelo State University and participated as a pitcher in the Northwoods League.

Returning for his second year of coaching, Cole is eager to impart his extensive baseball knowledge and passion for the game to young athletes, helping them develop both foundational skills and strong character on and off the field.

Coach Pierce has made significant contributions to various institutions, including PHS, Mile High, Kingman Jr High School, Mohave Community College, Northern Arizona University, and Prescott YMCA. He specializes in baseball, tennis, and swimming, with a remarkable track record of over 400 wins in the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA).

Renowned for using principles of physics to enhance training and performance, Coach Pierce helps athletes master proper mechanics, ensuring both efficiency and safety in their sports. His passion for baseball is particularly profound, as he continues to give back to the baseball community, mentoring young players and seeing them through to D1 colleges and championship victories.

Travis Strickler

Embry Riddle Baseball Player
SPECIALTY: Hitting & Base Running

Travis brings a wealth of experience and a winning mindset to the field. Starting as a 4x Varsity Starter at Ironwood High School, he continued on to the collegiate level, playing Division II baseball at Concordia Oregon.

At ERAU, Travis is a 3x Starter & Team Captain. Travis's performance earned him a spot in the North Woods All-Star game during the summer of 2023, being recognized at a national level.

In conference play, he left his mark by leading the Cal Pac in Runs, with an impressive tally of 35. Travis dominated offensive categories in Cal Pac, securing the top spots in On Base % (.582), Slugging % (.843), and Triples (5). He also led the Cal Pac with 29 Stolen Bases.

Travis holds a batting average of .405 and 10 home runs. He also earned the Cal Pac Newcomer of the Year award and secured two 1st Team Cal-Pac selections.

Travis leverages his playing experience to shape the next generation of baseball stars. As a NAIA DAKTRONICS athlete, his commitment to excellence remains unwavering, making him a coach who not only understands the game but also instills a winning culture in his players.

Cade Brenner is an Executive Assistant and Trainer Intern at our facility, currently working towards his Certified Personal Training Certificate. With a strong background in athletics and academics from Trinity Christian High School, Cade excels in both. At our facility, he assists in managing video editing, contributes to the development of our online training platform, and supports our trainers. Cade’s organizational skills and leadership qualities have made him a valuable asset to our team as he continues his studies in Business at Grand Canyon University.

Jacob mackey

Hailing from the football-crazed city of Houston, Texas, our Certified Fitness Instructor brings an incredible wealth of football expertise.

His football journey commenced the age of 7, giving him 17 years of experience in and around the sport. He proudly served as a team captain for The Oak Ridge War Eagles, competing in the fiercely competitive Houston Conference.

Taking his talents to the collegiate level, he spent 4 years as a wide receiver at Colorado Mesa University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Jacob has professional experience playing with the Northern Arizona Wranglers of the Indoor Football League. 

Off the field, Jacob wears multiple hats as a Marketing Intern for NAZ Wrangers. Beyond the sports world, he finds joy in graphic design, art, music, skiing, hiking, and spending quality time with his trusty companion, Mazzy.

Jarek Slagowski

International Boxing & Kickboxing Trainer & Fighter
SPECIALTY: Boxing For All Levels

Coach Jarek Slagowski has owned and operated a boxing gym since May 2015 with the concept of offering the benefits of real boxing training to anyone who wants to give it a try. Since opening, Jarek has seen the effectiveness of his vision as boxers of all skill levels have tapped into his coaching experience. After 40 years of training and coaching fighters, Jarek now enjoys inspiring people through this relaxed and fun approach.

Coach Jarek was born & raised in Poland. He trained kickboxing & boxing in Europe (Poland, Germany, The Netherlands) & US and he worked as a coach of the Polish Kickboxing National Team. In1989, Jarek came to The U.S. (New Jersey) and trained & coached many State, Diamond & Golden Gloves Champions, JO, Youth and Masters Division boxers as well as kickboxing champions (Trinity Cup). Jarek is a certified USA BOXING, INC coach and has over 40 years experience in combat sports. Jarek is also Black Belt (GoDan) in Full Contact Karate and Black Belt in Judo. Slagowski also worked as a Hand-to-Hand Combat instructor for the Reconnaissance Battalion.

During his tenure at Arizona State University, Lambson's exceptional performance on the baseball diamond earned him the distinguished recognition of being named a First Team Freshman All-American. Notably, he showcased his remarkable talent by striking out an impressive tally of 99 hitters across 32 games, with only one of those appearances being a start. As Lambson progressed through his collegiate journey, he assumed the prominent role of closer for the Sun Devils during his Junior year, accumulating a notable count of nine saves.

While in Tempe, Lambson made a remarkable 102 appearances, a feat that firmly places him among the top echelons of the school's historical records. 

Following his college career, Mitch Lambson was selected in the 2011 MLB Draft by the Houston Astros. Subsequently, he advanced to the Triple-A level, showcasing his abilities across 3 different MLB organizations. Notably, Lambson's journey has taken him to various professional leagues such as the American Association, the Mexican Leagues, and the Atlantic League.

In 2023 Lambson pitched with the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs until he was drafted to Taiwain to pitch for their professional team. He is currently off season and ready to help the local youth realize their own dreams!

Joe (J.D.) Dominiak boasts an extensive coaching career spanning nearly three decades across various levels, including professional, collegiate, and high school athletics. In 1998, Dominiak assumed the challenging role of head coach at Saint Martin's University in Lacey, Washington (NCAA Division II), where he inherited a dormant program that had been inactive for 40 years. Undeterred by the formidable task at hand, Dominiak revitalized the program, overseeing the construction of a new stadium and leading the team to a notable achievement of reaching the NCAA Regionals during his tenure, which concluded in 2008.

Throughout his collegiate journey, Dominiak also served as an assistant coach at esteemed institutions such as the University of Washington, University of Puget Sound, and Chemeketa Community College. His valuable contributions extended beyond the collegiate realm, as he most recently contributed to player development within the Los Angeles Angels organization, showcasing his unwavering dedication to nurturing athletes' growth at the professional level.

Dominiak's profound passion for the game, coupled with his innate coaching acumen, is palpable throughout his illustrious career, as he consistently demonstrates a genuine devotion to both the sport of baseball and guiding the upcoming generation of athletes.

At Arizona State University, Kramer excelled at the collegiate level, emerging as a Pac-12 finalist and playing a vital role in multiple Sun Devil Pac-12 Championship teams.

Transitioning to the Senior Level Freestyle Wrestling circuit after graduation, Kramer's exceptional performances included a runner-up finish at the US Open Nationals in 2021 and two-time qualification for the USA Wrestling World Team Trials.

Kramer's coaching contributions at Canyon View High School resulted in remarkable success, producing individual state champions, placers, and two Team Runner-up state finishes. Sheridan, a Prescott native, was raised amidst a whirlwind of sports, from volleyball to soccer, and immersed herself in over 15 years of dance at Summer Danceworks. With a solid background in customer service spanning over 5 years, she thrives on building meaningful connections with everyone she encounters.

After graduating from PHS in 2020, Sheridan pursued her passion for Communication and Information Science at the University of Arizona. Recently, she and her husband made the decision to return to Prescott, drawn back by its unparalleled sense of community.

Driven by her dedication to women's health and fitness, Sheridan is on the path to obtaining her personal trainer license. Her goal is to make a positive impact in women's health at Freedom Performance. As the middle child among eight siblings, she finds fulfillment in spending quality time with her family and husband, cherishing the bonds that tie them together.

Steven Smith, a natural leader and all-around great guy, hails from New Fairfield, Connecticut, where he actively participated in community life. A sports enthusiast, Steven played baseball and basketball throughout high school and continued his engagement by contributing to local organizations, including the Lions Club, the community garden, and the volunteer fire department. His passion doesn't stop at team sports; Steven also has a keen interest in power sports and mixed martial arts. Recently married, he brings his energetic and community-oriented spirit to our First Impressions Team, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued from the moment they step into our facility.

Meet Olivia Benson, Dr. Brady's Executive Assistant Intern and a junior at PHS, who is concurrently working towards her Associate of Science degree at Yavapai College.

With aspirations to enter medical school and specialize in radiology, Olivia demonstrates a strong commitment to her academic and professional development.

Outside of her academic pursuits, she is a passionate pianist with eleven years of experience, and she enjoys staying active through biking and roller skating. An avid reader, Olivia impressively consumes around 100 books a year, continuously expanding her knowledge and perspectives. Her diverse interests and dedication make her a valuable addition to our team.

Nicki is currently the CEO at Freedom Performance, where she sets the vision and leads the company in elevating and expanding. With a background in athletics and business, she brings a unique blend of skills to her role.

Prior to her current position, Nicki co-founded P13:11 Partnerships, where she developed new business processes and cultivated strong relationships with partners and clients. She also gained valuable experience in finance and competitive intelligence during her time at Pizza Hut Corporate and Yum! Brands. Later in her career, Nicki had the opportunity to teach History, Science, and Literature in a classical education environment which provided her helpful insights into effective instructional techniques. 

In addition to her professional achievements, Nicki has made significant contributions to the athletic world as a head coach for several sports teams and she is an accredited interscholastic coach. She has successfully cultivated partnerships with Olympic athletes and world record holders, resulting in increased participation and program growth.

Outside of work, Nicki enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children. She finds relaxation and joy in biking through Prescott's National Forest, Swimming at Yavapai College, tending to her vegetable garden, and playing guitar.

Paul is the owner and operator of Process Driven Sports, a fitness and training venture focused on injury prevention and peak performance. With a licensed Physical Therapist overseeing small group sessions and professionals dedicated to individual training, Paul ensures that every participant can perform at their highest level while minimizing the risk of injuries.

Aside from his business endeavors, Paul is a devoted family man who finds joy in taking care of his loved ones, cooking for large crowds, and spending quality time with his wife, children, and parents. He also stays actively engaged in the latest fitness and health innovations, drawing from his background in baseball and football during his youth.

In addition to his role with Process Driven Sports, Paul serves as the Vice President of All American Track, where he has accumulated nearly 20 years of experience. All American Track, Inc. specializes in track surfacing, railroad construction, and related services. Paul and his team consistently surpass customer expectations, relying on their industry expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

With a diverse skill set encompassing strategic planning, new business development, team building, contract negotiation, operations management, and risk management, Paul brings a wealth of expertise to his roles.
