This highly focused class, limited to just six participants, is designed to realign and enhance the function of hips, knees, and feet, enabling you to run faster and longer with minimal effort and reduced risk of injury. Perfect for athletes participating in track & field, cross country, volleyball, soccer, football, baseball, and softball. Sessions are available Monday through Saturday, but space is limited.
